We’ll get in touch to confirm the details and schedule your fitting.
Payment, including the £200 refundable deposit, is made via bank transfer at the time of installation. We’ll make sure everything is fitted properly before you head off.
Please note: You’ll need to provide a passport or driving licence along with proof of address. Without these documents, we won’t be able to install the tent on your vehicle.

What if I don’t have roof bars?
No problem — we can help you choose compatible roof bars for your vehicle and guide you on where to buy them. If you bring the bars with you, we’ll be happy to install them for you during your tent fitting.
Will you install the tent for me?
Yes! We take care of the full installation when you arrive, and we’ll remove the tent for you when you return it.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes — just let us know as soon as possible. We’re flexible and happy to adjust your booking if your plans change. We don’t charge any cancellation fees, but please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
