UK Shipping
We deliver across the UK mainland with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 working days. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the West Midlands.
Standard shipping within the UK mainland is charged at a flat rate of £50. Please note that deliveries to offshore UK locations (e.g. Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands) may incur additional charges — we’ll contact you if that applies.
Prefer to collect? No problem — free collection is available from our West Midlands location. Once you place your order and choose the “Collection” option at checkout, we’ll get in touch with you to arrange a pickup time.
If you're collecting in person, we’ll also fit the tent to your vehicle free of charge during your visit.
Delivery Information
Our rooftop tents are large and require a two-person delivery service. Please make sure someone is available to give the driver a hand with unloading or to show them where to place the delivery.
We recommend preparing a suitable storage space ahead of time — or just fit it straight onto your vehicle when it arrives.
Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the tent or box, take clear photos and refuse the delivery. Let us know immediately so we can arrange a replacement and file a claim with the courier. Accepting a damaged item may affect your right to a replacement, so refusing the delivery is the safest option.
Returns
If you change your mind, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements and costs, including any applicable processing fees. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive the returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for us to inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued based on the condition of the returned product.
